摘　　要：讨论纤维蛋白胶的配方、工具和使用方法，报告６例临床应用经验。纤维蛋白原浓度需＞４Ｏ ｇ／Ｌ、凝血酶浓度＞５００ ｕ／ｍｌ时能迅速凝固；凝血酶＜５０ ｕ／ｍｌ凝固时间＞６０秒。可根据不同目的选用不同工具和配方。抑肽酶并非必要成分。通过６例初步临床应用，总结使用时的方法及注意事项。This study discussed the formula, tools and methods of fibrin glue, and its dlinical application on 6 cases was present- ed. In order to acquire an optimal solidity, concentration Of fibrin should be>40 g/L. If thanbin>500 u/ml, the glue will coagulate instantly, if< 50 u/ml, the clot time will be>60. For clinical usage, different tools and formula were se- lected,and aprotinine was not absolutely necessary.Through the experience of 6 cases, the method of usage and the points of caution were discussed.
