摘　　要：目的本文调查急诊科护士在护理工作中承受的精神心理压力程度并提出心理行为干预。方法通过对急诊科护士以“紧张程度测试”方式调查，统计分析干预措施前后平均分值。结果干预对策前后平均分值存在着显著性差异。结论只有采取创造良好的内外环境；学会自我放松技巧；掌握护患心理沟通技巧；加强业务培训等干预措施，才能够减轻工作压力，有益于护士的身心健康，提高护理工作质量。Objective ： investigate the psychological stress the nurses in Emergency Department endure, and suggest some proper inter- vention Methods ： Evaluate the psychological stress of the nurses in the Emergency Department by the test of tension degree, then calculate the mean value before and after the intervention. Results：The mean value after the intervention is significantly higher than that of the before. Conclusion ： only if the nurses learn to relax themselves, master the skills to communicate with patients, elevate their working capability, the can release their psychological stress and maitain a good psychological state,improve the nursing quality.
