摘 要:本文通过废料直接精馏,水洗—精馏,精馏—萃取—精馏等三种方案对甲醇与乙酸乙酯废料加以回收,通过比较分析大量的数据验证,决定选用第二方案水洗—精馏,在废料与加水量比例为1:1的条件下,洗料效果最好,不但可以收到大量乙酯成品和甲醇乙酯共沸物,而且得到的乙酯成品和甲醇乙酯共沸物均达到生产使用要求。In this article, we test four methods: from salt out the mother solution to rectify; from washing by water to rectify; from rectify to extraction and then rectify. We compare the three kinds of the recovery process test record. And then decide to use the second recovery process(.from washing by water to rectify). In the process, the ratio of the washing water volume and the mother solution volume are 1:1, the washing effect is the best. If we use this recovery process ,we can not only recover the most ethyl acetate and methanol and ethyl acetate azeotrope, but also the ethyl acetate and methanol and ethyl acetate azeotrope can content our procreative process requirement.
