摘 要:根据道化学公司火灾、爆炸危险指数的基本原理,以株洲化工厂硫酸车间为实例,分别对两种制酸过程进行安全评价,得出相应的补偿系数、危险等级、危险暴露面积以及相应的评价结论.根据评价结果,结合企业实际情况,比较2种原料制酸过程的安全性能,可知,在采取安全措施的情况下,硫磺制酸的安全性高于硫铁矿制酸;对同一制酸过程采取安全措施前后的危险等级进行对比,可知,安全措施在硫酸制造过程中起着不可或缺的作用.According to the basic principles of Dow Chemical Law,this paper takes Sulfuric Acid Workshop of Zhuzhou Chemical Plant as an example,then does safety assessment about two kinds of acid processes respectively,and obtains the appropriate compensation factor,risk level,risk exposure area and the corresponding evaluation conclusions.According to the results,combined with business reality,this paper compares security of the two kinds of raw materials.So that,if we take safety measures,the method which uses sulfuric to produce sulfuric acid is safer than the method which uses Pyrite as material.Compared with the security risk levels which are obtained respectively before and after the safety measures,the security measures in sulfuric acid manufacturing process plays an integral role.
