摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病最常见的眼部并发症之一,其发生发展受多种因素影响,且在早期缺乏症状。国内外大量研究认为,许多因素对DR的发生发展起重要作用。因此,探索DR发生发展的相关危险因素以及早期诊断具有积极的意义。Diabetic retinopathy（DR）is one of the most frequently blindness-leading eye ground diseases,but its cause is not clear yet.It is very important to study the influences and functions of related systemic factors.Large number of studies at home and abroad have shown that many systemic factors play a significant role in the occurrence and development of DR.By synthesizing the results in this field,this article summarized the related dangerous factors that must be strictly controlled to provide ideas for early control of DR by systemic intervention.
