绞股蓝对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓微核形成的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的了解中药绞股蓝拮抗常用化疗药物环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核形成的作用及其剂量效应。方法将绞股蓝水煎液按低、中、高三种剂量(0.77g/kg、2.30g/kg、6.15g/kg)分别对腹注环磷酰胺的三个实验组小鼠进行灌服,另设阳性对照和阴性对照;制备各组动物的骨髓涂片,计数多染性红细胞的微核发生率。结果中剂量与高剂量的绞股蓝水煎液能显著降低环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓多染性红细胞的微核率(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论绞股蓝水提物对环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞微核具有显著的抑制效应,提示绞股蓝对小鼠等哺乳动物的染色体具有一定的保护作用。Objective To explore the role of herba gynostemae on antagonizing the cyclophosphamide induced micronuclei formation of mice bone marrow cells and its dose effect.Methods Herba gynostemae decoction of low,medium and high doses were administered in cyclophosphamide intraperitoneally injected mice by gastric perfusion.A positive and a negative groups were set as contrast groups.Bone marrow smears were sampled for calculating the micronuclei rate of polychromatic erythrocytes.Results The medium and high dose groups showed significant decrease in the micronuclei rate （P 0.05,P 0.01）.Conclusion It is suggested that herba gynostemae exert some protective effect to chromosomes in mammalian like mice,according to the outcome of an obviously inhibitory effect of its extraction on micronuclei formation induced by cyclophosphamide.
