摘 要:目的了解不同产地葱药材中各种元素含量的差异。方法将中国大陆地区划分为东北、华北、西北、西南、华南及长江中下游6个区域,实地采集各区域葱样83份;用ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,辅以原子荧光和原子吸收光谱仪,检测葱样本中16种元素含量;用SPSS软件进行方差分析,并建立Fisher判别方程。结果方差分析显示各地区葱样本中Pb、Fe、Se、Ni、Zn、Ge、Ca元素含量有显著差异(P<0.05);Fisher判别分析显示典型判别函数的特征值分别为1.648、0.874、0.463、0.174、0.116,Chi-square值为159.89,90.75,46.17,19.17,7.76,P<0.05,说明所建立的判别方程是有意义的,用所建立的判别函数回判,符合率为74.7%。结论不同产地葱元素含量不同,用所建立的Fisher判别方程能判定葱的产地。Objective To study the in elements in Spring Onions.Methods 83 Spring Onion samples were collected from 6 regions of China as:the Yangtze River area,North China,Northeast China,South China,Southwest,Northwest Territories.And determined the element content of the samples by ICP-MS,AFS and ASS.Variance analysis and Fisher's discriminant analysis by SPSS.Result Variance analysis showed that element content (Pb,Fe,Se,Ni,Zn,Ge,Ca) of Spring Onions from various regions was a significant difference(P 0.05),and Fisher's discriminant analysis showed that eigenvalue of canonical discriminant functions were 1.648,0.874,0.463,0.174,0.116,and Chi-square were 159.89,90.75,46.17,19.17,7.76 (P 0.05),the coincidence rate of back judge was 74.7%.Conclusions The element content of different regions is difference,and Fisher's discriminant function could determine the origin of Spring Onions based on elements.
