益肾乌发口服液药材浸膏中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立益肾乌发口服液中药材浸膏中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,安捷伦C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),用甲醇-水(45:55)为流动相,柱温为30℃,检测波长320nm。结果 2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷在0.11-1.1μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.25%,RSD为1.68%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、灵敏度高、干扰少、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for determing 2,3,5,4＇-tetraphydroxystibene-2-O-β-D glucosid.Methods HPLC,Agilent C18 column （4.6mm × 250mm,5μm）,using methanol-water （45：55） as mobile phase,column temperature of 30 ℃,detection wavelength 320nm.Results The method was linear within the range from 0.11 to 1.1μg,r=0.9999.the average recovery was 99.25%,and RSD was 1.68% （n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,with high sensitivity and less interference,reproducibility can be used as the preparation of quality control methods.
