摘 要:通过分析600 MW超临界锅炉机组在无炉水循环泵运行方式下锅炉水冷壁安全、超温、多耗热量、介质等问题,指出该机组无法按原锅炉厂提供的升温升压曲线启动,机组启动的关键是水冷壁壁温、给水流量和主汽温度控制,提出了该机组在炉水循环泵解列运行方式下启动技术和措施,特别是水冷壁壁温、主汽温度和给水流量控制要点及具体的操作过程。机组在炉水循环泵解列时冷、热态开机成功,实现了超临界锅炉机组在炉水循环泵解列时启动技术的突破。By allocating a boiler circulating pump in the start-up system of the supercritical boiler,it is acceded the unit starts up rapidly and efficiently through the mass velocity in water-wall being increased,heat and medium being recovered.Anyhow,it has no experience to start up such unit when the boiler circulation pump was step-out caused by breakdown.It points out that to control the wall-temperature of the water-wall,the water-feeding flux and the temperature of main steam are the keys to start up the super critical unit safely and rapidly without the boiler circulation pump.The paper gives the technology and measures to start up the unit without boiler circulation pump such as how to control wall-temperature of water-wall and of main steam,and to control water feeding flux.Adopting the technology motioned above,it is successful to start such unit under cold condition and hot condition respectively.
