摘　　要：农民是否增收,关系着国家稳定和社会和谐。贵州农民收入偏低的原因在于受到了自然资源、农业结构、农民自身、市场、城镇化以及制度等因素的影响。解决农民收入问题应该从调整结构、推进农业产业化经营、提高农民素质、加强市场建设、推进城镇化进程以及加强政策保障等方面着手。The issue of farmer＇s income plays fatal part of national stability and social harmony in China. The low income of Guizhou farmers has been influenced by such factors as natural resources, the agricultural structure, farmers themselves, market, urbanization and system, etc. Such measures should be taken as adjusting the structure, promoting industrialization of agriculture, enhancing farmers＇ education, strengthening the market-building, and promoting the process of urbanization, as well as strengthening the policy guarantee to solve farmers＇ income problem.
