摘　　要：新型农村社会养老保险制度的建立是我国构建和谐社会的重要内容。文章拟通过对近几年的关于新型农村社会养老保险制度的研究和在必要性、可行性、具体实施建议等方面进行总结,发现在很多方面达成了共识,但是仍然存在分歧,且框架性建议过多、具体性建议较少。文章在此基础上,提出新型农村社会养老保险的研究方向。The new rural social pension insurance system is a important content to build a harmonious society in our country. This paper sums up the researches on rural social pension insurance system in recent years at the necessity, feasibility, and other specific aspects of the implementation of the proposed summary. It is found that there are still differences in many aspects. At the same time, there are too many framework advices but less specific proposals. Finally, it put forward the direction for researching the new type of rural social endowment insurance.
