摘 要:为了准确计算高速永磁无刷电机绕组交流损耗,考虑导体的趋肤效应和邻近效应,分析了槽内导体的涡流损耗的影响因素,并采用2D有限元研究SPWM调制引起的电流谐波、槽口几何尺寸、导体直径和位置以及并绕根数对绕组交流损耗的影响。计算结果表明,通过合理选择槽口尺寸、导体直径、并绕根数以及载波比可以有效降低绕组的交流损耗。针对永磁无刷电机绕组交流损耗难以从定子铁心损耗、转子涡流损耗以及机械损耗中准确分离的特点,采用在电机三相绕组中串入测试线圈的实验方法,验证了绕组交流损耗和SPWM载波比、导体半径以及并绕根数的关系,实验和有限元计算结果误差在5%以内。In order to accurately calculate the winding losses of high speed brushless permanent magnet (BLPM) motor,takes the skin and proximity effects of conductors into account and analyses the influ-ence factor of eddy loss of conductors in slot. 2D finite element method was employed to study the effect of current harmonic due to SPWM chopping,geometry of the slot-opening,the diameter of the conduc-tors,and the number of strands and carrier ratio. The analysis shows that the winding copper loss can be significantly reduced through the appropriate choice of slot-opening shape,conductor diameter,strands number and carrier ratio. A novel experiment is designed to solve the problem that winding loss is diffi-cult to be separate from stator iron loss,rotor eddy loss and mechanical loss. Three test coils were con-nected to stator windings in series. The experiment verifies that the winding loss is related to SPWM carri-er ratio,conductor diameter and strands number deeply. The error between 2D finite element calculation and experimental measurement results is less than 5% .
