摘　　要：变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)是通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中变性剂浓度梯度的不同,将序列不同的DNA分开。目前,该技术已广泛应用于瘤胃微生物、肠道微生物等多样性研究。综述了变性梯度凝胶电泳技术的基本原理、优缺点及其在动物营养中的应用。DGGE（denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis）can separate DNA of different sequence by the different denaturing concentration gradient in polyacrylamide gel.At present,the technology has been widely used in study of diversity of rumen microbes,intestinal microbiota.In this paper,the basic principle,advantages and disadvantages and application of DGGE（denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis）in animal nutrition were introduced.
