摘　　要：目的了解1999年至2009年国内有关"出生缺陷"的研究情况,为今后的研究提供建议和思考。方法搜索中国期刊全文数据库中1999年至2009年有关"出生缺陷"的文献,运用文献计量学的方法对论文数量及年代,论文合作度合著率,第一作者单位构成,文献内容涉及方面,基金支持情况,载文核心刊物等方面进行统计分析。结果自1999年以来,相关文献总体呈上升趋势,合作论文占大多数,发文单位主要是各地妇幼保健机构及计生部门,内容主要涉及监测及监测分析,基金支持度低,最主要的载文期刊为中国妇幼保健、中国优生与遗传杂志以及中国计划生育杂志。结论近十年来相关文献呈上升趋势,不过内容关注的点范围过窄,主要是监测;关注此课题的单位比较单一,计生部门和妇幼保健部门是主要发文单位。Objective To learn the domestic study on birth defects from 1999 -2009 and to provide inspiration for henceforth study. Methods To retrieve birth defects related literatures in CNKI from 1999 to 2009, then obtain data as followings： number of each yearg essays, cooperation degree and co -works rate, first authors＇section, facets which the essays refer to, fund supporting status, core magazine which publish most birth defects related essays. Results From the year 1999, related literatures are increasing dramatically, most of which were created by 2 or more than 2 authors, the authors＇sections are mainly women and children health care centers and population control institutes, most essays refer to inspection analysis, fund supporting status worth worrying, most essays were published on china women and children health care magazine china eugenic genetic magazine and china population control magazine＇. Conclusion In the recent 10 years, related articles are ascending year by year, but the articles＇s focus is limited. Institutes which concerns about this topic are single, mainly are the population control departments and women and children health care departments.
