福建省畲族人群永久性淋巴母细胞株的建立  

Establishment of Lymphoblastoid Cell Strains from She Population in Fujian of China

摘　　要：目的建立畲族的永久性淋巴母细胞株以探讨基因组结构及其健康素质以及遗传结构，同时为畲族纯系基因组的保存提供一种行之有效的手段。方法按照经典的建株方法，以携带ＥＢ病毒的Ｂ９５－８细胞转化畲族青少年的外周血淋巴细胞，其中男性１５例，女性１５例，平均年龄１５．５１±１．０７岁。结果经培养筛选，目前能连续传代的培养物有１２份。染色体观察，未发现核型在数目和结构上有明显变化。Objective\ To provide an effective method to preserve the genomic structure, and to study the health quality and genetic structure of the She people who distribute only in some limited areas of Fujian and Zhejiang province as well.\ Methods\ Following the classic procedure, transformed peripheral B lymphocytes(PBLs) derived from She adolescent(15 male cases, and 15 female cases, with an average of 15.51±1.07 years old) by B95 8 cells hosted with Epstein Barr virus(EBV). \ Results\ So far, 12 B lymphocyte derived cell strains have been established successfully by means of EBV transforming method, and the number and structure of the chromosomes have no obvious change. \ According to consulting references, no similar study has been reported yet.\ Conclusion\ The established cell strains can be used as available material in genetics, and molecular biology and other related studies.
