表模式采集首次通过法测定心功能的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨表模式采集首次通过法（ＦＰＲＮＡ）测定心功能的应用价值。方法对１０例正常人和２２例冠心病患者进行ＦＰＲＮＡ检查，获得多项定性、定量心功能参数，与常规的平衡法心室造影（ＥＲＮＡ）进行自身对比。结果ＦＰＲＮＡ能检测心脏射血分数、室壁运动等功能，而且还能获得心脏形态及血流动力学信息。ＦＰＲＮＡ与ＥＲＮＡ法测得的左心功能有良好的相关性（ｒ＝０．９３，Ｐ＜０．０１）。Subjective\ To obtain a series of cardiac functional values qualitatively and quantitatively using a new method first pass radionuclide angiography(FPRNA).\ Methods\ FPRNA was performed in 10 normal controls and 22 patients with coronary artery disease. The results were compared with those of routine equilibrium radionuclide angiography(ERNA). \ Results\ Not only could FPRNA demostrate cardiac function, such as EF, wall motion etc,but also could obtain more dynamic or kinetic parameters of heart. \ There was good concordance between FPRNA and ERNA for LVEF(r=0.93,P<0.01).\ Conclusion\ FPRNA is an effective method for the detection of cardiac function.
