摘 要:基于智能电网建设的宏观目标,试给出先进测量体系即AMI的初步定义,梳理了AMI的功能和构成,归纳了支撑AMI构建的关键技术和标准。在此基础上,就智能电网框架下如何构建AMI提出看法。指出,在AMI构建上,应合理规划、科学架构,要更新观念、开阔思路、创新技术,还需要管理体制改革相配套,并分析了AMI构建所面临的主要困难和任务等。Based on the macro objectives of the Smart Grid construction, the preliminary definition of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)was given, the functions and components of AMI were combed, and also the key technologies and standards that support the AMI construction were summarized in this paper. On this basis, some suggestions about how to build AMI were proposed. It points out that AMI construction should be with reasonable planning, new ideas, wide thoughts and innovative technologies. The reform of management system is required as well to match the construction. The main difficulties and tasks of the AMI construction were also analyzed.
