摘 要:利用反相微乳技术合成了稀土铕-S iO2纳米颗粒,用其与氯霉素单克隆抗体结合制备氯霉素类残留物免疫检测探针,并制备免疫层析试纸条,用于牛奶中氯霉素和氯霉素琥珀酸盐同步检测,简便快速,30 m in内出结果。与甲砜霉素、庆大霉素、磺胺二甲基嘧啶之间无交叉反应,特异性好,未发现非特异性吸附问题。Eu-silica nanoparticles were synthesized by using RP-microemulsion technology.Fluorescent labeling was applied to detect chloramphenicol and chloramphenicol amber salt residues for immunofluorometric assays based on the reaction of Eu-silica nanoparticles with chloramphenicol monoclonal antibodies.A chromatographic strip was then developed by means of the fluorescent Eu-silica nanoparticles labeling method.The immunoassay was simple and fast(within 30 minutes) to simultaneously determine chloramphenicol and chloramphenicol amber salt residues in milk.It was found that the method was of high specificity without cross reactions with thiamphenicol,gentamicin,sulfamethazine,and was free from problems of non-specific adsorption reactions.
