摘 要:采用分光光度法研究了阿替洛尔与茜素红之间的荷移反应。确定了最佳的反应条件,建立了一种快速简便测定阿替洛尔的荷移分光光度法。实验表明,在乙醇-水介质中,阿替洛尔与茜素红在室温条件下即可形成稳定的1∶1型荷移配合物,该配合物的λm ax=536 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为4.58×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1。阿替洛尔药物质量浓度在10-60 mg/L范围内服从比尔定律,相关系数r为0.999 3。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.57%(n=6),回收率为99.3%-101.8%。The charge-transfer reaction of atenolol and alizarin red was investigated by spectrophotometry.The optimum experimental conditions were established,and a simple and rapid method for determination of atenolol had been developed.Results showed that the ratio of atenolol and alizarin red in the composition of charge transfer complex was 1∶1 in ethanol-water solution at room temperature.The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 4.58×10^3 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at 536 nm.The Beer′s Law was obeyed in the range of 10~60 mg/L of atenolol with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 3.The relative standard deviation was 0.57%(n=6).The recovery was 99.3%~101.8%.
