摘 要:对原有生产工艺进行改进,探索了缚酸剂对反应的影响,确定选用性价比优异的氢氧化钠作为此类反应的缚酸剂,使标题化合物的收率由61%提高到80.5%,进一步探索出实验最佳条件:正丁胺、二硫化碳、氢氧化钠的物质的量配比为2.2∶1∶1.1,正丁胺水溶液浓度为10%,室温反应1.25 h,然后加热到90~100℃回流4 h,产物经IR、1HNMR、元素分析进行了结构表征。The existing synthesis method was improved by using sodium hydroxide as the acid-binding agent,which was cheaper in production cost and could increase the yield of title compound from 61% to 80.5%,with the best experimental conditions being determined as follows:a n-butylamine,carbon disulfide,Sodium hydroxide molar ratio of 2.2∶1∶1.1,and a n-butylamine concentration of 10%.The reaction took place at room temperature for 1.25 h,and then the reaction mixture was heated to 90~100 ℃ followed by refluxing for 4 h.The product structure was verified by IR,1HNMR,and elemental analysis.
