氨基改性硅油的合成及在棉织物整理中的应用

摘　　要：以3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷及二甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,利用催化缩合法,制备纺织用两端侧链型氨基改性硅油.通过FT-IR1、H NMR对其进行结构表征并研究其应用性能.结果表明:将氨基改性硅油应用于纯棉织物,整理后棉织物具有良好的回弹性和柔软性,折皱回复角增加16.51%,手感增加3.5级.经10次水洗后,织物硬挺度基本不变,手感保留率为88.89%,表明氨基改性硅油用于织物整理具有很好的耐洗性.An amino-modified silicone oil with two terminal side-chain type utilized for textiles was syn-thesized using 3-aminopropylmethyldiethoxysiloxane and dimethyldimethoxysiloxane as raw materials by cataly-sis-condensation reaction.The chemical structure of the amino-silicone was characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR.The amino-modified silicone oil was applied in cotton fabrics,and the application performance was studied.The results showed that the finished cotton had good elastic resilience and softness,the dry wrinkle recovery angle of finished cotton fabric increased by 16.51%,handle increased level 3.5.In addition,the stiffness of the fabric was unchanged,and the feel retention rate was 88.89% after 10 times of washing,which indicated that the amino-modified silicone oil used in textile finishing had good washing fastness.
