摘 要:用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA.Br)对蛭石进行改性处理,制得改性蛭石.讨论了振荡时间、改性蛭石投加量和废水pH值对低质量浓度活性染料废水脱色效果的影响.结果表明:在振荡时间为120 min,改性蛭石投加量为2 g/L,废水pH=4的条件下,活性染料废水的脱色效果较好.通过对改性蛭石吸附活性染料的热力学和动力学分析,探讨了其吸附机理,结果表明:改性蛭石对活性蓝BR的吸附符合Freundlich型等温线,对活性黄3G以及活性红3B的吸附符合Langmuir型等温线;改性蛭石对活性蓝BR、活性黄3G及活性红3B 3种活性染料的吸附速率总体上可用准二级速率方程来描述,其中对活性红3B的吸附速率也可用准一级速率方程来描述.The modified vermiculite was obtained with hexatrimethylammonium bromide(HDTMA.Br).The effect of the reaction time,the dosage of the modified vermiculite and pH value of the wastewater on the decol-oration result of the low concentration reactive dye wastewater was discussed.The results indicated that best decoloration result was obtained under the following conditions: 120 min,2 g/L of modified vermiculite,pH=4.The adsorption mechanism was studied through analyzing the thermodynamics and kinetics of the modified ver-miculite adsorpting the active dyes.The results indicated that the adsorption of modifed vermiculite to Reactive Blue BR accorded with Freundlich isotherm.The adsorption of modified vermiculite to Reactive Yellow 3G and Reactive Red 3B accorded with Langmuir isotherm.The adsorption velocity of modified vermiculite to the above three dyes generally could be described by pseudo-second-order reaction rate equation.The adsorption to Re-active Red 3B could also be described by pseudo-first-order kinetic equation.
