Impact of Microbiotic Crust on Soil Enzyme Activities in the Process of Grazing Disturbance Natural Recovery in Horqin Sandland

摘  要:对科尔沁沙地不同样地生物结皮的理化性质以及土壤酶活性进行了研究,结果表明:①围封不同放牧梯度恢复样地和未围封放牧样地藓结皮的含水量、结皮厚度及有机质含量显著高于藻结皮(P<0.05),而pH值却低于藻结皮,说明藓结皮较藻结皮能更好地改善土壤理化性质;②中度、轻度放牧恢复样地藻结皮和藓结皮的4种酶活性均大于重牧区,说明适度放牧可以增加土壤的酶活性;③除多酚氧化酶外,脲酶、蛋白酶和转化酶均随土壤深度的增加而出现降低趋势,且结皮层土壤酶含量和层下土壤酶含量有显著差异(P<0.05),藓结皮脲酶、蛋白酶与转化酶的活性均大于藻结皮,其差异性与放牧强度有关.The soil physical and chemical properties and soil enzyme activities in the different grazing disturbance plots after microbiotic crusts formation were studied. The results show that water content, crust thickness and organic content in moss crusts are significantly higher than that of alga crusts (P〈0.05) ,but pH of the moss crusts is lower than that of alga crusts. The result suggest that moss crusting is better than alga crusting for improvement of the physical and chemical properties of the soil. Meanwhile,the research showed that the soil enzyme activities in lightly and moderately enclosed grazed plots are significantly higher than that of the heavily grazed plots (P〈0.05). This implied that suitable herding facilitate to increase the soil enzyme activity. The assay of the soil enzyme activity also found that the urease,protease and invertase activities reduced with the increase of the soil depth except the polyphenol oxidase (P〈0.05) and the content of urease,protease and invertase in mosses crusts are bigger than that in alga crusts and that in crust are bigger that in subcrust,but its relationship is different with the grazing disturbance intensity.
