中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的疗效。方法将78例RNS患者随机分成2组,对照组采用激素与环磷酰胺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗。疗程1 a,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率分别为44%和85%,对照组分别为28%和64%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗RNS有较好疗效。Objective It is to study the curative effects of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on refractory nephrotie syndrome （RNS）. Methods 78 patients with RNS were divided into 2 groups at random, the control group was treated with glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide, the treatment group was added with Chinese medicine on the basis of treatment in control group. After one year＇ s treatment, the curative effects of both groups were evaluated. Results The total remission rate and total effective rate in the treatment group was 44% and 85% separately in succession, while that in the control group was 28 % and 64% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group. Conclusion Combined treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has a better effect on RNS.
