带蒂髂腹股沟分叶皮瓣Ⅰ期修复多指软组织缺损疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察带蒂髂腹股沟分叶皮瓣I期修复多指软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法对12例多指皮肤缺损患者I期采用髂腹股沟分叶皮瓣修复，术后3周断蒂。结果术后皮瓣全部成活，创面I期愈合。均获随访6～12个月，皮瓣色泽、质地、弹性良好，皮瓣均恢复保护性感觉，能满足日常生活需要。手功能恢复优良率达92％。结论带蒂髂腹股沟分叶皮瓣修复多指软组织缺损方法简单、安全，供区损伤小，手术风险低，是一种较理想的方法。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of ramified pedicle groin flap transplantation for primary repair for soft tissue coverage of multiple digits. Methods 12 patients with soft tissue coverage of multiple digits were undergone primary repair of ramified pedicle groin flap transplantation. The pedicles were not separated until 3 weeks after the repairing opera- tion. Results All the flaps survived well, with the wound healing in the first intention. The follow-ups ranged from 6 to 12 months. The flaps had good color, texture and elasticity. All the flaps of the digit had protective sensation, which could meet the requirement of the daily life. The excellent and good rate of hand function was 92%. Conclusion The ramified pedicle groin flap repair is a desirable method for repairing skin defects of multiple digits with a simple operation, safety, less injury in the donor site and less operation danger.
