摘　　要：目的：用大肠杆菌融合蛋白表达载体pGEX—2T构建人单核细胞趋化蛋白—1融合表达质性pGT—MCP—1。方法：采用PCR技术和DNA重组技术。结果：将编码人单核细胞趋化蛋白—1（MCP—1）基因克隆至融合表达载体pGEX—2T中，DNA测序证实正确。结论：获得融合表达质粒pGT—MCP—1，为进一步研究MCP—1的高效表达奠定了基础。Objective:The plasmid of pGT-MCP-1 for fusional expression of human monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) was constructed by E. coli fusion protein vector pGEX-2T. Methods: PCR technology add methods of DNA recombination in vitro were used. Results: A gene fragement encoding MCP-1 was cloned into the fusional expression vector PGEX-2T. DNA sequencing indicated that it was correct. clusion:A fusional expression plashed pGT-MCP-1 was successful constructed. This lays the basis of further study on efficient expression of MCP-1.
