摘 要:传统乳液聚合制备的印花黏合剂因含有乳化剂,织物耐水和耐污性差,手感粗糙。采用无皂乳液聚合法合成印花黏合剂,研究了主要单体和聚合条件对乳液性能以及对应用性能的影响。优化的黏合剂制备配方为:烯丙基磺酸钠(ALS)1.4%,甲基丙烯酸(AA)6%,丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)3%;聚合温度77—82℃,搅拌转速100—200r/min。涂料印花时,黏合剂用量以20%为宜。印花织物具有优异的干、湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度,手感柔软。With conventional printing adhesives prepared by emulsion polymerization containing emulsifier, the printed fabric had poor waterproof and stain resistance, and rough handle. The acrylate printing binder was synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization. The influences of the main monomer and polymerization conditions on the emulsion properties and the application performance were discussed. The optimal formulations for binder preparation was as follows: ALS 1.4%, AA 6%, HEA 3%,polymerization temperature ?7 ~ 82 ~C,stirring speed 100-200 r/min. In pigment printing, the binder content of 20% was appropriate. The results showed that the printed fabrics had good color fastness to rubbing and soaping, and soft feel.
