摘　　要：介绍了蜡染印花生产中二次印花的特点和要求,其专用的双色印花机配有电子对花装置,设计结构可使单面印花达到双面透印的效果,并采用无接触式预烘方式。为确保二次印花更简便精准,在真蜡印花前后需进行两次整纬拉幅,介绍了整纬拉幅设备,以及光电整纬器的工作原理。The article introduced the specialties and requirements of twice printing in batik printing. Its special equipment-two color printing machine was equipped with electronic registering devices. The designed structure allowed single-sided printing with double-sided printing effect, and using non-contact pre-drying. To ensure twice printing more accurate and easier, twice weft straightening should be taken before and after batik printing. The equipments of weft straightener, and photoelectric weft tentering instrument were introduced.
