摘　　要：农村居民点整理是我国农村土地整理的主要内容，也是推进社会主义新农村建设的重要手段之一。通过文献资料和比较研究法，对农村居民点整理的驱动力、潜力、模式、评价等方面做出了总结和分析．认为农村居民点整理也应重视宏观政策方面的研究，并让公众参与农村居民点整理规划。The readjustment of rural residential land is the main content of land consolidation and also an important means of promoting the construction of new socialist countryside. This paper summarizes and analyzes the driving forces, potential, model, effect evaluation of rural residential land readjustment by means of documentation and comparative analysis, concluding that importance should also be attached to macro-policy research in the readjustment of rural residential land and public participation should be allowed in the planning of rural settlements
