摘　　要：文章通过对我国法律部门理论和图书馆法相关理论的梳理,根据学术研究与立法实践的不同需求,分别分析两种情况下的图书馆法的法律部门属性:在学术视角下,图书馆法是独立的综合性法律部门;在实践视角下,图书馆法具有多重法律部门属性。Based on the theory of China＇s legal branch and Library Law,according to the different requirements of academic research and practice,author analyse the legal-branch attributes of Library Law in both cases： Library Law is an independent comprehensive legal branch in the the view of academic research,and has multiple legal-branch attributes in the view of practice.
