摘　　要：图书馆的建设与完善是一个系统工程,,而根据一定的目的性和可行性建立特色文献和特色服务在信息化程度日益发达的今天显得尤为重要,文章在分析建立特色文献必要性的基础上,阐述了特色服务是建立特色文献的内涵所在,将特色文献与特色服务有机地结合起来,真正体现出作为一个学科的图书馆学意义。the development and improvement of the library is a system engineering.However,it does not imply that each individual library can become united model.Meanwhile,it is not to pursue the comprehensiveness and perfection itself either.As the extend of the infromatization has been developing,it is scientific understanding to construct unique document according to some purposiveness and feasibility and to collect the unique document.The unique document determine the unique service.It can really embody significance of the library science which is a subject if we combine the unique document and unique service
