摘 要:应用大体解剖学技术,对1~10周龄淮南麻鸭小肠的生长发育规律进行了研究。结果表明:淮南麻鸭小肠的长度、质量和周长随周龄的增加而增加;小肠相对生长率随周龄增加而呈下降趋势;Gompertz、Richards和Logistic 3种模型拟合小肠质量效果均好,其中Gompertz模型拟合效果最好,拟合度为0.986 5,得到Gompertz模型方程为:y=39.09×exp(-exp(0.93-0.28x)),生长拐点3.37周龄,拐点体质量14.38 g。The growth and development of small intestines of 1-10 weeks old Huainan partridge ducks were observed with the technique of gross anatomy.The results showed that the length,weight,and perimeter of small intestines increased accompany with the week age while the relative growth rate varied inversely with the week age.The growth curves were appropriately fitted with three models of Gompertz,Richards and Logistic growth curves,but the model of Gompertz was the best and the value of R2 was 0.9865.Gompertz model equations were set up to imitate the varying weight of small intestine and the equations were: y=39.09×exp(-exp(0.93-0.28x)),and the inflection point age was 3.37 weeks,and the inflection point body weight was 14.38g.
