摘 要:自1985~1988年,采集三个地区西瓜枯萎病田内发病程度不同的病株567株,经分离、接种、再分离,确定为西瓜枯萎病致病菌后,经单孢分离,选取30个单孢菌系,用其培养滤液浸苗,以其不同致萎程度,区分病菌毒力的强弱。用盆栽土壤接种作生物测定对比,验证毒素滤液浸苗的效果。试验表明:由毒素滤液浸苗法划分的致病力强、中、弱三种类型,与盆栽土壤接种法结果近似,证明可以利用病菌毒素滤液浸苗法,作为病菌毒力测定方法之一。From 1985 to 1988, 567 individual plants of watermelon were collected in three regionsand infected in different degrees. The pathogen of the diseased plants was proved to beFusartum oxysporum f. sp: ntveum using the routine method. To obtain their toxin filtrates,30 single spore strains selected were cultured in liquid medium. Watermelon seedlings weresoaked in the toxin filtrates of different strains to determine their pathogenicity, and seed-lings were planted in the pots with the soil inoculated with different strains as control. Onthe basis of the pathogenicity the strains were divided into three types, the strong, middleand weak pathogenicity strains. The results of the two treatments were similar. It can beused to determine the pathogenicity of different strains with toxin filtrates.
