摘  要:目的筛选去除藏边大黄中蒽醌的最佳炮制工艺。方法以藏黄苷A和总蒽醌为指标成分,采用HPLC法测定。考察藏边大黄经蒸熟、酒熟、醋炒和黑豆汁炖4种工艺炮制后,藏黄苷A和总蒽醌的含量变化。结果藏边大黄经炮制后,藏黄苷A的含量为生片>黑豆汁炖>醋炒>酒熟>蒸熟;总蒽醌的含量为生片>黑豆汁炖>醋炒>蒸熟>酒熟。采用蒸熟炮制法时,随着蒸制时间的增加,藏黄苷A的含量逐渐下降,总蒽醌含量先增加后逐渐下降。结论 4种炮制工艺虽未达到最佳效果,但可为藏边大黄的应用研究提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE To select the best processing method of R.emodi Wall.with the goal of decreasing the content of anthraquinones.METHODS The components of piceatannol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(PGP) and total anthraquinones(TA) were chosen as index and determined by HPLC.The content changes of stilbene glycosides and total anthraquinones in Rheum emodi Wall were investigated after being processed in the ways of water steaming,water steaming after yellow wine,stir frying after vinegar and water steaming after black soybean solution.RESULTS The retention rate of PGP in Rheum emodi Wall.processed in the ways of water steaming,water steaming after yellow wine,stir frying after vinegar and water steaming after black soybean solution were 51.2%,36.8%,81.1% and 74.9%,respectively.Removing rate of TA were 53.2%,74.1%,19.9% and 15.3%,respectively.CONCLUSION Although four processing methods did not reach the optium purpose,it can provide scientific references for the study and application of Rheum emodi Wall..
