摘　　要：本文首先强调加脂工序在制革工艺中的重要地位和作用。介绍了常用的加脂方法，重点分析乳液加脂方法的原理、过程及其涉及的界面化学理论，为更好的认识加脂工艺奠定基础。In this paper, the important statue and role of Emulsion Fat-liquoring in Tanning Process were emphasized firstly. The commonly used fat-liquor methods were described. The principle, process and interface chemistry involved were focused on the analysis. This paper was for a better understanding of the fat-liquoring process.
