摘　　要：在当今中国,绿色建筑的实践方兴未艾,各地涌现了许多绿色建筑的案例。随着绿色低碳的理念更加深入人心,地产领域的绿色实践由单个的绿色建筑走向了绿色社区,由注重个体绿色技术的应用走向各种社区资源的互补和综合利用。针对一个国际化的绿色社区综合开发案例实践的解读,试图通过社区综合开发,创造可持续发展的绿色地产开发模式。In today＇s China,the practice of green building is on the rise gradually.Emergence of a number of green building cases throughout.With a better understanding about the concept of green carbon,green development from green building towards green community.The paper is about a international demonstration green development community with comprehensive development concept.
