摘　　要：从社会伦理及人文关怀的角度出发,遛狗公园作为城市生活的完善配套设施,越来越成为城市环境建设中一项不可忽视的内容。通过国外遛狗公园的发展及特点,将遛狗公园分为速成式、开放式、滨水式和租赁式,同时按遛狗公园与城市公园的关系分为附和型、独立型和结合型。总结遛狗公园的基本设施和建设原则。针对我国宠物公园建设理论与实践相对缺乏之现状,提出建立遛狗公园的必要性和可行性。From the point of view of social ethics and humanism,dog park,as a facility improving urban life,becomes a necessary issue in urban environment construction.In this article the distinctive features in new-type dog parks are summarized and types of instant dog parks,unfenced dog parks,dog beach and renting dog parks are divided.In the meantime,dog parks are divided into three forms according to their relationship with urban parks,namely attached,independent and mixed three types.After drawing a conclusion to basic facilities and the principle of planning and design,the necessity and possibility of building dog parks are proved as the consequence of shortage in dog park theories and practices.
