摘 要:探讨了不同浓度植物高活性制剂LCI、AA、GA3和NAA等对遵椒1号不定芽的诱导、伸长和生根各个阶段的影响。结果表明,最佳不定芽诱导分化培养基为:MS+LC 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L+ABA 0.3 mg/L+Spm 100μmol/L+AgNO35 mg/L+PD 6 mL/L(pH 5.8-6.0);最佳不定芽伸长培养基为:MS+LC 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+GA31.0 mg/L+Spm 100μmol/L+AgNO35 mg/L+PD 6 mL/L(pH 5.8~6.0);最佳生根培养基为:1/2MS+IAA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L(pH 5.8-6.0)。The pepper cotyledons at different seedling age were cultured on MS with different LC,IAA,GA3 and NAA concentration and combination to study effects of different hormones concentration and combination on induction,elongation and rooting of adventitious buds cultured from pepper cotyledon explants.The results showed that the optimum medium for induction and differentiation of adventitious buds cultured from pepper cotyledon explants was MS+LC 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L+ABA 0.3 mg/L+Spm 100 μmol/L+AgNO3 5 mg/L+PD 6 mL/L(pH 5.8~6.0),the optimum medium for elongation of adventitious buds cultured from pepper cotyledon explants was MS+LC 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+GA3 1.0 mg/L +Spm 100 μmol/L+AgNO3 5 mg/L+PD 6 mL/L(pH 5.8~6.0),the optimum medium for rooting of adventitious buds cultured from pepper cotyledon explants was 1/2MS+IAA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L(pH 5.8~6.0).
