摘 要:白刺花(Sophora viciifolia)种子存在硬实现象,硬实种子不透水,须经适当处理来提高种皮透性和种子发芽率。试验采用浓硫酸浸泡、热水浸种、砂擦等方法对白刺花硬实种子进行处理,以探讨对白刺花硬实种子的发芽率。结果:3种不同处理对白刺花硬实种子的破除均有作用。以浓硫酸(浓度98%、比重1.84)浸泡25 min,硬实种子发芽率为66.6%;若用热水浸种,采用逐次增温浸种处理效果较好,硬实种子发芽率达54.4%。3种方法相比较,浓硫酸处理的发芽率最高,效果最明显,热水浸种处理的发芽率次之,但适合大量白刺花种子硬实处理,以砂擦处理时的发芽率最低,平均发芽率仅为31.8%。Because seed of Sophora viciifolia is very hard,the seeds should be treated with suitable methods to improve its permeability of seed coat and seed germination rate.The seeds of Sophora viciifolia were treated with 98% sulphuric acid,hot water and mechanical abrasion with coarse sand methods to study the effect on germination rate of Sophora viciifolia seeds.The results showed that three treatment methods all had the breaking effect on Sophora viciifolia seeds,the germination rate of Sophora viciifolia seeds soaked in 98% sulphuric acid,for 25min was 66.6%,the germination rate of Sophora viciifolia seeds soaked in hot water was 54.4% and the germination rate of Sophora viciifolia seeds treated with coarse sand was 31.8%.The hot water treatment method should be used in seed germination improvement of Sophora viciifolia because a large number of Sophora viciifolia seeds can be easily treated.
