STUDY ON POPLAR CANKER DISEASE IN SHANDONG

摘  要:1984年5月,作者于山东省胶县、昌邑县首次发现杨树大斑溃疡病(Dothichiza populea Sacc. et Briard).重病地块沙兰杨死亡株率达80~90%。病原菌分生孢子发芽的有利条件是在PDA膜上(空气相对湿度100%) 或有营养的液滴、pH6~7、温度25℃及无光的黑暗处,3小时即可发芽,分生孢子存活期较短,仅4~5个月,不能过夏。分生孢子发芽侵入期在4~7月份,病菌是弱寄生菌,有潜伏侵染的特性。该病在3月上、中旬开始发病,4月中、下旬为发病盛期,5月中、下旬病斑停止扩展,秋季不发病。人工于12月份接种,潜育期为2~3个月;3月份接种潜育期30天;4月份为22天。发病轻重与立地条件、栽培管理、雨量及杨树生长强弱有密切关系,与树种也有一定关系。药剂对分生孢子的毒力测定以福美肿、退菌特、代森铵最好。防治应采取以科学的营林措施,增强树势,提高抗病性为主的综合防治。Poplar canker disease caused by Dothichiza populea Sacc. et. Briard was first found inJiaonan and Changyi Counties, Shandong Province in May of 1984. Mortality of Populus euramericana (Dode) Guinier cv. 'Sacrau 79' in heavily diseasedstands and places appeared to be as high as 80~90%. The germination of conidia wasfavarred on PDA membrane or nutritious liquid drops, at pH 6~7, at warmtemperature of 2512 and in darkness. The conidia could survive about 4~5months but not through summer. The conidia infeeted poplar from April to July. Thepathogenic fungi were characterized by latent infection. The disease began to develop in theearly and middle of March and became serious in the early and middle of April and thenstopped developing in the middle and late of May. It did not develop in autumn. Theincubation periods for artificial inoculation were two or three months in December and onemonth in March and twenty-two days in April. The disease was closely related to the siteconditions, management techniques and poplar growth potentials, and also to the host spe-cies to some degree. Fungicide tests showed that asomate tezet and ambam were most effec-tive. It is suggested that integrated silvicultural practices and pest managements in control-ling the disease should be adopted to improve the tree hardness and disease resistance.
