摘　　要：目的通过在男男性行为人群(MSM)中开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测试点(VCT)工作,探索MSM社区艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务模式,提高MSM的艾滋病自愿咨询检测利用、结果告知及随访服务。方法采用设立社区咨询点、结合干预工作进行检测转介、提供符合人群特点的检测咨询,实行首询负责制的方法开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务。结果通过试点工作,形成了一套由MSM社区组织、各级疾控部门和医疗机构紧密合作,包括咨询检测、结果告知、追踪确诊和随访在内的MSM社区艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务模式。试点期间,成都同乐健康咨询服务中心共有2 218人次、泸州和南充市各有537人和311人接受了社区艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务。结论通过在MSM中开展社区艾滋病自愿咨询检测试点工作,提高了MSM对艾滋病自愿咨询检测的利用率,加强了检测后结果告知和随访服务。Objective To assess the effectiveness of service model,specifically the HIV testing result notification and follow-up among MSM.Methods The service model of Voluntary Counseling and Testing（VCT） was primarily conducted in Chengdu City in August 2007and was scaled up to the cities of Nanchong and Luzhou in 2009 by Chengdu Tongle Health Counseling Center.The main component of the model was to set up VCT sites in gay community to deliver MSM-targeted health services,including HIV testing,counseling,referral and follow-up.The significant characteristic of the model was all the services above were administered through a mechanism of ＂first counseling responsibility＂.Results The model worked well at study sites.It had improved the cooperation between community-based organizations and government health sectors.2 218 person-times in Chengdu city had been covered by the pilot model and 537 311 persons had received the related services in Luzhou and Nanchong city,respectively.Conclusion The model could facilitate MSM to utilize VCT services,specifically to enhance the HIV test results notification and follow-up.
