摘  要:以美国Analog Device公司的低噪声模数转换芯片AD9929为核心,深入分析其工作原理及特点,在PerkinE lmer公司的1024元CCD线列阵探测器的基础上设计并实现了信号采集与处理系统。实验结果表明,该系统集成度高、噪声低,满足了探测系统的工作要求,与探测器匹配良好,可为同类型低噪声A/D转换器的应用做参考借鉴。This paper is based on the low-noise A/D converter chip AD9929 which is made by Analog Device Company. After studying the chip's working principle and characteristics deeply, we had completed the corresponding information acquisition and process system by using the 1024-pixel CCD linear detector. Experiment results showed that the information acquisition and process system was highly integrated and cooperated well with the detector. The design method of the system could be used as a reference application for the same kind of low-noise AD converters.
