摘　　要：基于典型红外焦平面读出电路的结构,分析了影响其输出摆幅的因素,并针对电路中各个环节的非理想因素,提出了有效优化读出电路输出摆幅的途径,同时给出了相应的仿真结果和测试数据。The paper studied the factors with respect to the output swing of typical IRFPA＇s ROIC, which composed of：DI input stage, sample and hold circuit, charge transfer circuit and output stage. It gives effective method to optimize the output swing of ROIC with considering the non-ideal terms of every module. At the same time, simulation result was figured out accordingly.
