摘  要:采用国家标准和轻工业标准测定同一批勾心样品的纵向刚度,对比所得测试结果的差异,并分析其测量不确定度。结果表明对同一批样品,采用国家标准法测试得出的勾心纵向刚度较采用轻工业标准测试计算得出的结果小,而所得的相对标准偏差较大;对同一样品,采用国家标准(纵向刚度593KN·mm2)和轻工业标准(纵向刚度617kN·mm2)方法得出的勾心扩展不确定度分别为24kN·mm2和35kN·mm2;不论采用何种标准测定勾心的纵向刚度,其不确定度的来源依次为统计挠度、砝码质量和弯曲力臂。The longitudinal stiffness and uncertainly of a lot of shanks were tested according to GB standard and QB standard simultaneously. The results indicated that the longitudinal stiffness tested by GB standard is smaller than that gained by QB standard, with comparatively larger relative standard deviation. With a same sample, the extended measurement uncertainty calculated by GB standard (longitudinal stiffness 593 kN·mm^2) is larger than that calculated by QB standard (longitudinal stiffness 617 kN·mm^2), with the value of 24 kN·mm^2 and 35 kN·mm^2 respectively. The factors affected the value of longitudinal stiffness could be ranged as statistic flexibility, poise weight and bending arm.
