摘　　要：农业知识产权作为知识产权体系中的重要组成部分,对发展我国农业生产、提高农业的国际竞争力具有重要的作用。虽然我国在农业知识产权法律保护方面取得了很大的进步,但仍存在不足和缺陷,需要进一步健全和完善。As an important part of intellectual property right system, agricultural intellectual property right plays a pivotal role in agricultural production and in improving the international competitiveness of agriculture in China. Although China has made great head- ways in the legal protection of agricultural intellectual property right, there are still shortcomings and deficiencies which need further improvement and perfection.
