摘　　要：介绍7.50-16 16PR加深花纹轻型载重斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径800 mm,断面宽195 mm,行驶面宽度150 mm,弧度高12 mm,胎圈着合直径406 mm,胎圈着合宽度152 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.841 1,采用以横向花纹沟为主的混合花纹,花纹深度17.5 mm,花纹饱和度27.69%,花纹周节数43。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用7层1870dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布(5层V1和2层V2),缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V3锦纶66浸胶帘布,胎圈采用双钢丝圈结构,钢丝圈采用Ф0.96 mm的19#镀青铜高强度回火胎圈钢丝,采用1B#成型机成型、立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能符合企业标准要求,耐久性能、高速性能和强度性能符合国家标准要求。The design of 7.50--16 16PR bias light truck tire with deepened pattern was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken： overall diameter 800 mm, cross-sectional width 195 ram,width of running surface 150 ram,arc height of running surface 12 ram,bead diameter at rim seat 406 mm,head width at rim seat 152 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0. 841 1,and using mixed pattern mainly composing lateral groove,pattern depth 17.5 mm,block/groove ratio 27.69%, number of pattern pitch 43. In construction design, the following processes were taken： three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,7 layers 1870dtex/2 dipped nylon 66 cord （5 layers V1＋2 layers V2） for carcass ply, 2 layers 1400dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 66 cord for breaker ply, double bead wire ring for bead,Ф0.96 mm 19# bronze plating high intensity tempering bead wire,and using the 1B# builder to build tires and vertical curing pot to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that, the overall dimension and physical properties met the requirements of enterprise standard, and the endurance, high speed performance and strength met the national standard.
