黄铜矿加压浸出生产硫酸铜工艺的研究

摘　　要：本文通过考察温度、时间、液固比、氧分压对黄铜矿中铜和铁的浸出率的影响,给出了最佳工艺条件下,黄铜矿石中铜的回收率不小于96%,所得到硫酸铜的质量达到国标GB437-93优等品的质量的要求。The investigations on the effect of temperature ,leaching time, ratio of L/S and pressure of the oxygen to the copper recovery and iron recovery are taken, the copper recovery is over 96% under the optimum process condition ,and the quality of copper sulfate obtained in the condition is up to standard of GB437 -93.
