护壁泥浆防渗墙的浆材配制与成墙工艺

摘　　要：通过室内试验,优选出了一组固化灰浆配方,并对配方中的水玻璃、水泥、粉煤灰、粘土等各组分对墙体性能的影响进行了分析,为浆液配合比设计提供了科学依据。根据模拟试验,提出了一套防渗墙成墙固化工艺。所选用的固化灰浆配伍性好,其墙体抗压强度、弹性模量等力学性能指标均为优良。Through indoor test,this paper chooses a set of solidified mortar formulation and analyzes the influence of each ingredient such as soluble glass,cement,flyash and clay on wall performance,which provides scientific evidence for material proportion design.According to simulation test,it puts forward a set of wall solidification technology for cut-off wall.The chosen solidified mortar has good compatibility and its wall compressive strength,elastic modulus and other mechanic properties are excellent.
