摘　　要：EDA（electronic design automatic,电子设计自动化）平台作为清华大学集成电路设计领域教育与科研的网络化公共平台,提供了EDA工具应用、设计资源、技术支持、人才培训等服务。该文介绍了EDA平台的构建、管理和应用情况,通过资源整合建设了一个技术先进的集成电路设计环境,包括设计工具I、P库与工艺库,实现了开放共享的公共平台架构,并提供了全面、广泛的技术服务,形成了完备、稳定的管理体系,为用户提供了必要的教学科研环境。The EDA（electronic design automatic） platform is an opening network platform for education and research,belonging to integrated circuit design region of Tsinghua University.It provides such services as EDA software application,design resource,technical support and human training.The construction,management and application of EDA platform are introduced.An integrated circuit design environment in advanced technology which includes design tools,IP library and process technical document is constructed through resource conformity.In this environment,a common platform structure for opening communication is realized,the generally exact technical service is provided,a mature stable management system is set up,and the necessary environment for teaching and research is prepared for all users.
