摘　　要：化学实验教学示范中心是高校化学教学的支持平台之一,在培养学生实践能力和创新能力方面具有不可替代的作用。在示范中心的建设中,山东师范大学化学实验教学示范中心,坚持以人为本的教学理念,按照人才培养、科学研究和社会服务三大目标,走出了一条以科研促教学的发展之路,提高了学生的综合实践能力和创新能力,提升了教学水平,实现了学科的协调发展。Chemistry experiment teaching demonstration center is one of university chemistry teaching support platforms,is training the students＇ practice ability and the innovation ability,which have important functions that cannot be substituted.In demonstration center construction,Shandong Normal University Chemistry Experiment Teaching Demonstration Center persists the humanist teaching idea,according to personnel training,scientific research and social service three big goals.One way of the development to promote the teaching by the scientific research was found,sharpening student＇s synthesis practice ability and innovation ability,and improving teacher＇s teaching level,and the discipline coordinated development is realized..
